Fishing Lake Walk-In-Water (Weohyakapka) is one of the best-kept fishing secrets in central Florida. This shallow lake (only 12 feet in depth at its maximum), the largest in Polk County, is known by residents and serious anglers as the home of trophy-size bass, as well as other fish such as schools of speckled perch. We also have an Annual Bass Fishing Tournament.

Walden Shores boasts its own boat ramp and fishing pier, so for residents there is no trouble or expense taking to the waters for a leisurely cruise or some serious angling.

Waterfront Views Our clubhouse is on the waterfront of Lake Walk-in-Water. Residents enjoy the views while swimming in the pool, relaxing in the spa, walking on the pier, etc. We also have premier lots in our new phase that are located on a pond. Enjoy nature from your patio or raised lanai.

Pet Friendly Dog park for off leash exercise and many areas to walk pets on leash.
